3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be a resident of India for online donations processed through Indian payment gateways, unless otherwise stated.
• Not be prohibited from using our services under applicable law.

4. Use of Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, member accounts, or admin areas.
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any harmful code.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to extract data without our written permission.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with our organisation.

5. Member Registration

When you register as a member of Dada Lakhmichand Social Welfare Trust:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

• Membership approval is subject to verification of submitted information and payment of applicable fees, if any.
• Membership ID cards, certificates, and joining letters are issued for identification within our organisation and are non-transferable.
• We reserve the right to approve, reject, suspend, or revoke membership at our discretion for false information, misconduct, or violation of these Terms.
• Membership fees, once paid, are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated at the time of payment.

Your use of member services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

6. Donations

By making a donation through our website:

• You confirm that the funds are given voluntarily and of your own free will.
• You confirm that you are a resident of India for online donations, as required by payment regulations.
• Donations are used to support our charitable programmes and operational expenses in accordance with our objectives and applicable laws.
• Tax exemption under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961, is available only where our organisation holds a valid 80G certificate and you provide accurate PAN details when requested.
• Donations are generally non-refundable. In case of duplicate or erroneous transactions, contact us within 7 days with transaction details for review.
• Unless you select anonymous donation, your name may appear on our public donor list as a token of appreciation.
• Payment processing is handled by Razorpay or other authorised gateways. We are not responsible for payment gateway downtime or third-party processing errors beyond our reasonable control.

7. Events & Programmes

Participation in events, campaigns, and programmes organised by Dada Lakhmichand Social Welfare Trust is subject to availability and any additional terms communicated at registration. We reserve the right to modify, postpone, or cancel events due to unforeseen circumstances. Where applicable, refunds or credits will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Participants are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and follow instructions from event organisers and volunteers. We are not liable for personal injury or loss of personal belongings during voluntary participation in field activities, though we take reasonable safety precautions.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, graphics, videos, documents, and software — is the property of Dada Lakhmichand Social Welfare Trust or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
